People Power?
The U.S. and Britain are now saying they may consider giving diplomacy more time, especially in light of severe disgreements that still exist within the U.N. and NATO. But could Messrs. Bush and Blair also have been a wee bit influenced by the anti-war demonstrations that took place worldwide this weekend, with over six million people taking part? Maybe the masses can influence our world leaders, although they probably would never admit it, of course.

Did you participate in an anti-war demonstration this weekend? Tell us what it was like, and share your feelings about why the U.S. should not go to war.

I wonder when all of the "anti-war" protestors are going to Iraq to protest the killing of millions by Saddam. I guess they never will, given that demonstration has no political or financial plus side to it. I will start listening to these "masses" when they actually keep those beliefs on both sides of the fence. this idea that it's fine for people to be killed as long as it's not in a war is as half baked as the protestors.

Has anyone asked France why it has such a vested oil interest in Saddam? Do the French support killing and oppression? They must if they are cutting deals with the new age Hitler.
